These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Opalvy app ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• Attempting to access or modify the App's code or underlying systems
• Interfering with the App's functionality or the use of the App by other users
• Using the App to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Opalvy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

Opalvy may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Opalvy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

Opalvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

Opalvy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Opalvy is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
